BELOW ARE THE PRICES BLACK HOLE VIDEO CHARGES FOR WEDDINGS, EVENTS, AND SPECIALS. THESE PRICES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE MEANING THEY INCLUDE SETUP, SHOOTING, EDITING, RENDERING AND AUTHORING TO DVD OR BLU-RAY. PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING & HANDLING OR SALES TAX.

• WEDDINGS: $200.00 times the number of hours you require me to be present, plus travel time to the location of the event. Times run contiguous, if your ceremony starts at 10am and your reception runs from 5pm - 10pm, you will be paying me for 12 hours.

Extra DVD sets are $15.00 each if ordered before delivery and $25 each if ordered any time after delivery.

If you desire Blu-Ray instead of DVD increase your cost by $200.00. Additional sets costing $25.00 each if ordered before delivery and $35.00 each after delivery.

• Other events such as Bat/Bar Mitzvah's, Holy Communion, party's, family reunions, etc. use the same pricing schedule as weddings.

• High School Graduation Multi-media Presentations: Maximum charge is $20.00 per graduating student.

• School plays and theater productions: $30.00 per DVD with a minimum order of 25 DVD's.

• Picture /video montages to music - starting at $105 for a 25 picture montage with music. There is a charge of $1.00 per picture over 25. Pictures should be delivered to me digitally. If you need pictures, slides, or negatives scanned to be used in the montage the charge is $1.10 each. There is no minimum scanning charge when scanning is combined with a montage.

• Photograph, negative, or slide to digital picture conversion:  minimum charge of $55 for the first 25, after that the charge is $1.10 each.

• Special multi-media presentations - prices starting at $210.

• Training videos - This is contract work and the price will be quoted based on the requirements of the client.

• Sports or artistic highlight videos (often used for college scholarships) - subject to hourly rate of $55/hr to video and $55/hr to edit. Disks are $8 each delivered on DVD in a slim jewel case.

• VHS, Mini DV Tape, and Digital or HI 8mm tape to DVD conversions: direct copy - $28/tape: or edited - subject to editing rate of $55/hr.

• 16mm, super 8mm, or 8mm film to DVD or digital format: $28/50' reel; if your film is on a larger reel the cost is $28 for the first 50' and $14 for each remaining 50'.

• Black Hole Video will do sub-contract photo/video work for other companies: $110.00 for the first hour and $55.00 for every 1/2 hour after that plus expences.

BLACK HOLE VIDEO ACCEPTS PAYMENT BY CASH, CHECK, MAJOR CREDIT CARD, OR PAYPAL                      

Black Hole Video accepts a $100.00 deposit to reserve an event date which is then applied towards the client's balance. This deposit is only refundable if the event is cancelled at least thirty days before the event date. I understand that circumstances are unpredictable so, as a rule, clients can cancel 30 days before their event without penalty.
